The following extended return guarantee applies to the universal Earthing mat and wristband:
If you are not satisfied within 2 months (60 days), you may, stating the reason, return your order and receive a full refund.
This extended warranty also applies to only the Universal under sheet (not the fitted sheets)!
If you want to exchange a product, it must be unused. If you order more than one Earthing sheet, the refund guarantee will only apply to the first Earthing sheet. For the second and subsequent Earthing sheets the return guarantee only applies when they are unused. This period is clearly longer than the period specified in the Terms and conditions from the Web shop Keurmerk, because some effects come gradually and are only clear after 4 to 6 weeks. The products should be returned in the state in which they were received, clean and undamaged and if possible in their original package.
If you choose one of our other earthing products, including a fitted sheet, top sheet, minitopper or pillow cover, throw or mini-throw (plush pad), or yoga, meditation or therapist earthing mat, then the regular return-policy applies and it only applies when the products is unused. This also applies to our product tester.
Our silver earthing undersheets have a 2-year warranty and they are designed as an underlay.
